about Cardiff St. David’s Rotary Club.
Rotary is an international
organisation with 31,000 clubs in 165 countries.
Our Club is a group of 34
professional men and women having fun, but whilst doing so, providing physical
and funding help to a local community, together with some aid overseas.
Unlike all other Rotary Clubs in
South Wales, who meet weekly, we meet twice a month, 7.45 for 8.00, at the St
Mellons Hotel and Country Club for at least a 2 course meal, which is followed
by an interesting Speaker, or a social function, or occasionally, a business
meeting, and we are usually finished by 10.30. Although we are a highly
organised Club, we still have fun during these events.
